PUBLIC OFFER

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This offer (hereinafter, the "Offer") regulates the relationship between the Administration of the NightCity RolePlay project (hereinafter, the "Administration") and the user (hereinafter, the "Player") regarding the use of software, game servers, and virtual content.

1.2. Project Status: The project is an unofficial fan creation and is not approved, licensed, or supported by CD PROJEKT RED®. Cyberpunk 2077, Night City, CD PROJEKT RED, and associated trademarks belong to CD PROJEKT S.A. and are used for informational purposes within the fan content policy.

1.3. Account registration, server entry, or any use of the platform signifies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

2. USER REQUIREMENTS

2.1. To access the project, the Player is obliged to: Own a licensed copy of Cyberpunk 2077 (Steam, GOG, Epic Games); Be at least 18 years old (or have consent from legal representatives); Comply with server rules, this Offer, and network etiquette standards.

2.2. Position on Piracy: The project does not support the use of pirated copies of the game. Access from unlicensed versions may be restricted.

3. VIRTUAL CONTENT AND ECONOMY

3.2.1. Prohibited: Selling virtual objects for real money outside the Administration's official channels; Using bugs, exploits, or third-party software for advantages; Transferring an account to third parties.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. Third-Party Rights: All rights to the original universe, characters, locations, and setting of Cyberpunk 2077 belong to CD PROJEKT S.A. The project does not claim these rights.

5.2. Original Project Content: 5.2.1. Custom models, scripts, and interface designs created by the Administration are subject to NightCity RolePlay's copyright.

5.2.2. The Player retains rights to the user content they create (character stories, screenshots, videos) but grants the project a non-exclusive license to use it within the server and promotional materials.

5.3. Contact for Rights Holders: For matters related to copyright and trademarks: We are ready to promptly consider claims and cooperate within the law. legal@nightcity.mp.

6. LIABILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

6.1. "As-Is" Principle: The project is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, data preservation, or meeting the Player's expectations. The Administration is not liable for the loss of virtual values due to technical failures, unless caused by intentional actions.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: The Administration's maximum liability is limited to the sum of donations made by the Player in the last 3 months.

6.3. Force Majeure: The Administration is not liable for service unavailability due to third-party actions (hosting providers, regulators, rights holders).

7. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to change the Offer's terms. Notification is published on the site 7 days before changes take effect.

7.2. Continued use of the service after changes signifies acceptance of the new edition.

7.3. An account can be blocked for: Violating server rules or the Offer; Using cheats, bugs, or third-party software; Toxic behavior, discrimination, or threats; Attempts at commercial exploitation of virtual values.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. The Offer is governed by the law.

8.2. Disputes are resolved via a complaint procedure: Step 1: Contact support (support@nightcity.mp); Step 2: Written complaint sent to legal@nightcity.mp; Step 3: If no agreement is reached — in court at the Player's place of registration.
